Turf Express, Inc. is a Texas based company who’s offices are based at it’s farm Turf Express Stud, Inc. in Collinsville, Texas.

Our partnerships are set up to increase the opportunities available to existing owners as well as new comers to horse ownership. Our belief is that safety is in diversification. If you own only one horse anything can happen. By spreading your risk over several horses you simultaneously lower your down side risk and increase upside potential.

Turf Express has implemented several different methods that differentiate our partnerships from other groups. Below is a list:

YEARLING AND WEANLING PARTNERSHIPS

• We invest our money with you. We retain a 10% interest in the yearlling and weanling partnerships.
  
• No expenses billed until horses reach the racetrack to run.
  
• There is no management fee. If the partners don’t make money we don’t make money.
  
• Your are billed monthly for your percentage of the expenses. No markups.

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS

• We own a minimum of (1) share.
  
• Their are no markups to the partnership.
  
• Our management fee is based on profit. So, if the partnership doesn’t make money, neither do we.
  
• There are no monthly bills.
